Triathlon Tip #8: Here Comes the Groom

One of the things I like to do a day or so before a big race is go get my haircut.  It’s probably psychosomatic but it makes me feel lighter and cooler which helps me feel faster and more efficient.  Trim the nails, trim the beard…don’t be afraid to get into a good grooming routine before races.  Whatever makes you feel better and faster.
